Shipping & Order Processing Policy
Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Example: An order placed on Monday may ship out by Thursday at the latest.
Address Accuracy
Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping details may experience delays of 2–3 additional business days. To avoid any issues, please review your shipping and billing information carefully before checking out.
Delivery & Signature
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or doorstep, but final delivery is at the discretion of the carrier. If they consider the location unsafe, the package may be held at a local post office or scheduled for redelivery.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive two emails:

Order Confirmation – Sent once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Confirmation – Sent once your order has shipped and includes a tracking number.
Tracking Tips:

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear.

In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your package is still on the way.
